Small Groups

Vineyard Small Groups are a great place to come and meet people and build lasting relationships. We have groups that meet almost every night of the week. A list of small groups is available at the info table in the church lobby.

These are fun, relationship-oriented groups in which the Bible is applied to daily life. You will be loved and accepted as you are, while you experience God’s life-changing power as you grow together!

Outreach

“Small things done with great love will change the world!”

We focus quite a bit on outreaches here, and there are two outreaches that take place on a monthly basis: ministry at Hospitality House Nursing Home and free food giveaways at People's Park (free soda, grilled hot dogs or burgers, etc.). A few other specific outreaches that we do throughout the year are free Christmas giftwrapping at the mall, free carwashes, free lightbulb and smoke alarm battery giveaways at apartment complexes, etc. These things are in addition to our "Bag Hunger" program, where people bring in canned/nonperishable goods to our food pantry. Those items are distributed through a team of people to those who have need both within and outside of our church body. The purpose of all of the free giveaway type outreaches is to let people know that God loves them, "no strings attached." We don't hand out tracts or try to get people to come to church in exchange for the free items--it is totally free, and a practical example of God's totally free love for each of us.
